We offer a generous 30-day return period for all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days starting from the day your order is marked as delivered to decide whether your purchase feels right and, if not, to begin a return request.

If an item returns to us with signs of use, missing tags, or damage, we may not be able to approve the refund. In that situation, you may need to pay for the item to be shipped back. We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

You won’t find a return label inside your package—and that’s intentional. Every return is unique, and we create each label and instruction set specifically for your situation.

C. Starting Your Return: What We Need

Order Number + Full Name: This allows us to locate your purchase instantly.

Proof of Purchase: A screenshot of your order confirmation or shipping confirmation works perfectly.

Reason for Return: A brief explanation helps us understand what happened (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, item damaged).

Photos or Video (for issues/defects): If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, visual evidence helps us verify the problem immediately and process your request much faster.

What Happens After You Send It Back

Once your return arrives at our facility, it goes through a quality-inspection process that usually takes about 24 hours. After that, you’ll receive an email confirming the result of your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued promptly—typically within 14 calendar days. While we send the refund immediately, your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to fully post the credit. Thank you for your patience during this final step.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. This is our responsibility, and we are committed to fixing it right away.

F. Refunds: How We Return Your Payment

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Because banking institutions vary, please allow several additional business days for the credit to reflect on your statement. If you don’t see the refund after that period, contact us—we’re here to help.

G. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, we completely understand.

To guarantee a full cancellation and refund, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Why the 4-hour limit? Because once processing, production, or packing begins, we may no longer be able to intercept the order.

We will always try our best to help, but cancellations after the 4-hour window aren’t guaranteed.

A Final Note on Shipping Details

Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping information. Every detail matters—street name, apartment number, ZIP code. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, we are unable to cover the resulting loss.
