Order Processing Time:
+ All standard orders move through our processing flow within 2 to 5 business days, depending on order volume and product availability.
+ Our business days run from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and all U.S. federal holidays.
+ Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST are queued for processing on the next available business day.
+ Orders placed on a Sunday will always begin processing the following Monday or the next open business day.

We take this time not to delay but to verify details, ensure accuracy, and prepare your order with the care it deserves.

Custom & Bulk Orders:
Certain items require additional time because they’re created with more detail and personalization:

– Custom-printed or personalized apparel may take 1–3 extra business days for artwork checks, printing preparation, and quality verification.
– Bulk orders (50+ units), depending on fabric inventory and production load, may require 7–10 business days for proper handling and completion.

These timelines allow us to deliver consistency, quality, and craftsmanship—values that shape every aspect of Peninkart’s process.

Cut-Off Time
Our same-day processing cut-off is 7:00 PM EST. Any order placed beyond this point will move into the next business day’s queue. This cut-off ensures that each order receives correct verification before production or packaging begins.

Shipping Partners
To bring your order safely across the country, we partner with trusted U.S. carriers known for reliability and nationwide coverage:

– USPS
– UPS
– FedEx
– DHL (used selectively for certain express or regional routes)

Each shipment is chosen based on destination, speed requirements, and the safest route to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Costs
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped at a simple, standard flat rate of $6.99 USD.
This helps keep costs predictable and fair, regardless of order size or weight.

Non-Serviceable Locations
While we strive to serve as many customers as possible, there are regions where our carriers cannot reliably deliver. At this time, Peninkart does not ship to:

– Alaska
– Hawaii
– U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands)
– P.O. Boxes
– APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We are actively researching more comprehensive delivery routes to expand our coverage in the future.

Tracking Information
Once your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a tracking number sent to your email (or phone number if provided at checkout).
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to begin showing updates, as carrier systems may take time to register a newly-scanned package.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During nationwide peak periods—Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, and other major holidays—processing and delivery times may experience temporary delays due to high carrier volume. These delays are industry-wide, but we always do our part to prepare orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

For holiday shopping, we recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks early to ensure timely arrival.
